CUSTOMER TERMS AND CONDTIONS

The following are terms of a legal agreement between you and PC Repair Express and its associated companies. By accessing, browsing and/or using anything on this site and the server it’s hosted on, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms below and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Warranty

All PC Repair Express services carry a 3 month warranty on parts and expertise. If there is a recurrence of the same problem we had fixed we will either try again to fix the problem at no extra charge or, if we cannot fix the problem, we will refund your money in full for the services performed. This excludes faults caused by the failure of other components after the repair has taken place, or by accidental damage or incorrect use of the product.

Payment

Payment is due in full upon completion of successful repair, we accept card, cash, and bank transfers.

Software Licenses

Customers must always keep licence keys and installation media for all software. We will never supply illegal software to our customers.

Authorisation

The client authorises PC Repair Express to conduct an evaluation of the machine sent to determine the nature of the damage and provide an estimate of repair cost and timing. The evaluation is free and no work beyond this evaluation will be charged without explicit client approval.

The client authorises PC Repair Express, its employees, and agents, to receive and transport this media/equipment/data to, from and between their facilities if the work can't be carried out onsite at the clients location.

Cancellations

Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the arranged time of appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of £47.

No Fix No Fee

Our 'No Fix No Fee' does not apply if the customer is advised on a suitable solution but decides not to take it. In this situation, the client may be required to pay fees to cover diagnostic and call out charges, not exceeding £47.

Legal Rights

The client is the legal owner or authorised representative of the legal owner of the property and all data and components contained therein sent to Expert technical solutions.

Any property left with PC Repair Express unclaimed for 90 days, will be disposed. At which time, PC Repair Express shall have no liability to the client or any third party.

Limited Liability

PC Repair Express shall not be liable for any claims regarding the physical functioning of equipment/media or the condition or existence of data on storage media supplied before, during or after service.

In no event will PC Repair Express be liable for any damage to the laptop/desktop, loss of data, loss of revenue or profits, or any special, incidental, contingent, or consequential damages, however caused, before, during or after service even if PC Repair Express has been advised of the possibility of damages or loss to persons or property. PC Repair Express liability of any kind with respect to the services, including any negligence on its part, shall be limited to the contract price for the services.
